The Team Captain
The team captain is an important person within the organization of a team. The team captain is the person who receives all the information from the Organizing Committee. This person has to arrange the entry, transportation, and of course the team itself. Below you can find some important dates for the team captain.
Dates
November 2nd, 2009 - Start registration period through E-bata
November 29th, 2009 - End of registration period through E-Bata
December 19th, 2009 - Deadline first payment
March 26th, 2010 - Deadline second payment
April 24th, 2010 – 38th Batavierenrace!
Tickets for bus plan, sleeping accomodation and dinner
The ticketsale will start in the beginning of March. You can order tickets for the bustransport, dinner on Saterday evening, breakfast on Sunday mornig and sleeping accomodation via the E-bata system. For breakfast on Friday and Saterday you don't have to order any tickets. You will get the tickets when you arrive in Nijmegen from your host(ess).
