From relay point to relay point
To transport your team from relay point to relay point you have to rent a mini-van for 9 persons. During the race, the participants who are not running or cycling at that moment, drive with this minivan over the car route from relay point to relay point. You can find the car route in the participants book.

To the restarts and finish (bus plan)
During the race your team uses one minivan to transport the runners from relay point to relay point. To make sure that the runners from the next shift are on time at the next restart, you can use the bus plan.
This is a transportation arrangement, in which coaches will bring participants to the restart points Dinxperlo and Barchem to start their race, and runners who finished their shift to the finish in Enschede.
To use this bus plan, you need to order special bus tickets. You can order these by the organizing committee
How it works
Transportation has been arranged for the participants of the Batavierenrace, to and from the restart points in Dinxperlo and Barchem. This means that a team needs only one minibus to transport the team members during the race. Coaches (large buses) go from Nijmegen to Dinxperlo, from Nijmegen to Barchem, Dinxperlo to Enschede and from Barchem to Enschede.
Runners from the morning shift can use the coaches to bring them from Nijmegen to the restart point in Dinxperlo. From there they should take over the minibus from the night shift.
Runners from the afternoon shift can take coaches from Nijmegen to the restart in Barchem, from there on they should take the minibus of the morning shift. Besides that, tickets can be bought to bring the runners from the night shift and morning shift from the restart points to Enschede.
The coaches will transport the runners to walking distance from the restart point. Everyone will be at the restart approximately one hour before the restart, so you will have enough time to find your team and to take over the minibus from the previous shift.
Amount of tickets
Since your whole team has to be transported to or from the different restart points, you will need the following amount of tickets (when your team starts in Nijmegen):
Night shift from Dinxperlo to Enschede: 9 tickets
Morning shift from Nijmegen to Dinxperlo: 8 tickets
Morning shift from Barchem to Enschede: 8 tickets
Afternoon shift from Nijmegen to Barchem: 8 tickets
All tickets are included in the total costs described in the header "Entry"
The time schedule and departing times of the buses will be included in Team Captain's letter 3, which the team captain will receive in March.
The tickets cost €3.75 per ticket.
Bike
During his/her section the runner will be accompanied by a cyclist from your team. Therefore you need to rent a bike. The Organizing Committee can do that for you, which will cost €9,-. You have to pay a security deposit of €20,- as well, which will be returned to you after returning the bike.
