
To participate in the Batavierenrace, the team captain has to subscribe a team. When subscribing, it is not necessary to have a full team; you can fill up your team until a week before the race. Registration happens completely online, with the E-Bata (Electronic Batavierenrace) system. This will be possible during the official registration period from October 31st until November 28th. When you register your team during this period, registration is assured when the first payment is done. After this date, registration will be possible only if there are places available and in consultation with the Organizing Committee. The entry fee of this years race is € 240 per team (excluding a security deposit of € 80). When you arrive on Thursday, the Organizing Committee will arrange the following for you:
- Participation in the Batavierenrace
- The International Party on Thursday evening
- Day filling International Day on Friday
- Breakfast on Friday morning
- The Batavierenparty on Saturday evening
- Host or hostess
Next to the entry fee it is also the possible and recommendend to buy additional tickets for bustransport, dinners and sleeping accomodations. These tickets can be bought by the team captain for a small fee. More information about these tickets can be found on the team captain page.
